Peter Kammer - President

Peter Kammer was a political science major at the University of Wisconsin in Madison before attending law school in Chicago. Kammer became a prosecutor in the Cook County State's Attorney office then moved back to Madison to work for the Wisconsin Legislature and later worked as a campaign and political consultant. After 13 years of lobbying experience in Madison, Peter formed The Kammer Group which provides government affairs and business consulting services.

Nels Rude - Government Affairs Associate

Nels Rude served as a policy advisor in the Wisconsin State Legislature prior to joining the Kammer Group in 2014 as a Government Affairs Associate. He also has extensive political experience, having managed several state legislative campaigns. Nels holds a Master of Public Affairs Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a bachelor's degree in Political Science and Public Administration from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.

Shari Liebe - Director of Operations

Shari’s responsibilities encompass many aspects of our business, including the daily operation and administrative management of the office. She brings many years of management, customer service and event planning experience to The Kammer Group. Her organization and efficiency keeps our office and team running smoothly.

Cherish Schwenn - Executive Director, WRMCA

Cherish Schwenn is the Executive Director of the Wisconsin Ready Mixed Concrete Association who brings more than 13 years of trade association experience including five years as the WRMCA Promotion Director. Prior to her joining the WRMCA, Cherish was a Program Coordinator at the Credit Union National Association where she facilitated nationwide conferences and online training.

Kim Novak - Association Manager, WRMCA

Kim Novak is the association manager for the Wisconsin Ready Mixed Concrete Association. She brings over 10 years of trade association experience. Kim was an economics major at University of Wisconsin in Madison while working for UW Extension Cooperative. She's worked for the Community, Natural Resource and Economic Development program focusing on local government finance. Kim handles the day to day client management of WRMCA including member relations, financial reporting, educational seminars, fundraising, and government accountability.
